Water’s Edge Plumbing & Heating – Terms of Labour Guarantee

For your peace of mind, Water’s Edge Plumbing & Heating offer a 12 month guarantee on all its installations. This applies to all of our work, whether that’s installing a tap or a boiler. For details of what is included in our labour guarantee, please see below:

When does this labour guarantee start?
From the date your installation is completed, your 12 months free cover will start. Our office team will keep a record of this. The guarantee will then be in place for a period of 365 days.

What does this labour guarantee cover?
This 12 month guarantee covers any problems with installations carried out by our engineers which appear under normal use. It applies to our labour/workmanship only.

What does this labour guarantee NOT cover?
The guarantee does not cover physical goods. Physical goods often come with their own separate warranty which is provided by the manufacturer. As with any warranty, it is the responsibility of the customer to complete the relevant paperwork to validate any warranty terms available.

What will you do to correct problems?
In the event an issue occurs because of work carried out by a member of the Water’s Edge team, we will respond as quickly as possible and aim to have an engineer on site within 48 hours. Any faults will be rectified at no additional cost to you providing our engineer is able to determine the issue was caused because of the work we carried out. If the issue is unrelated, we will discuss this with you and additional costs will apply. For your convenience and peace of mind, we will always try to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
